Sip O' the Day : The generation schedule has been wacky the last week or so, the lake is up and they are pulling water. If you find a good break in generation the fishing is excellent! Fish are rising and feeding on nymphs pretty well. If you cannot wait and will brave the generation when one turbin in on you cannot wade, just have to change your technique to be successful. There has been little break in the generation lately, but we had a lot of fun with a group from Australia on a schedule and leaving the area Thursday AM and didn't have much time to fly fish, went late afternoon and at night (4PM - 2AM and down to 27 Degrees) Wednesday and they LOVED IT, caughting was very good and they thought it was great---got to like that outback fly anglers' spirit from down under! (You know, just a theory, I believe they stay warm by all that "whooping and hollering"??)

Come Fishing! If the water gets kicked on, make your way back to the shop and do a NuCanoe trip. There are not many better ways to spend a day. Great Fun!!!
